NOMINATIONS FOR THE 2020-2021 MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
In accordance with the procedures of the Operating Manual of the Probus Club of Old Oakville, nominations for the 2020-2021 Management Committee are to be submitted by individual club members to the Immediate Past President of the club. The new Management Committee will be voted on by the membership at the Annual General Meeting to be held on September 2, 2020.
Members are to be nominated for the following positions:
President Membership Chair
Secretary Speaker’s Chair
Treasurer Special Events Chair
Communications Chair Activities Chair
(Two members of the Management Committee will be named as Vice Presidents)
Nominations are to be submitted on the Nomination Form to Peter Morris, Immediate Past President, directly or by email to email@example.com. Nominations are to include the name of the nominee and the position for which he is being nominated. In the event that more than one person is nominated for the same position, an election by means of a secret ballot will be held at or prior to the Annual General Meeting. The new Management Committee wil be confirmed by the membership at the Annual General Meeting.
